The TRT 01 Rail-Less Base System is an all-in-one solar mounting solution for asphalt shingle roofs. It combines a butyl-bonded base with a height-adjustable mini-rail, universal solar panel clamps, and a tool-efficient design to simplify installation, provide waterproof protection, and reduce roof penetrations. The system uses Aluminum 6005-T5 with a black anodized finish, fits 30–40 mm module frames, is UL 2703 compliant, and has Class A/B fire rating and a 25-year warranty.
