Who we are

PowerPartPicker LLC operates Power Part Picker from Arkansas, United States. The service is intended for people in the United States.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the planning tools. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

Accounts

You may browse much of the catalog without an account. Creating an account requires an email address and a login credential. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being abused.

Not professional or electrical advice

Power Part Picker is a planning and comparison website. Compatibility checks, Size My System estimates, catalog specs, and any AI assistant answers are informational only. They are not engineering, electrical, building-code, or professional advice, and they are not a substitute for a licensed electrician, engineer, or inspector.

You are solely responsible for verifying equipment ratings, local codes, manufacturer instructions, and safe installation before you buy, wire, or energize any system. Incorrect electrical work can cause fire, injury, death, or property damage. If you are not qualified, hire a licensed professional.

Catalog, pricing, and retailer links

Product specs, stock, and prices come from manufacturer materials, retailer pages, and other sources we ingest. Information can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Confirm details with the manufacturer or seller before you purchase.

Buy links send you to third-party retailers. Those sites have their own terms. We are not a party to your purchase. We do not currently earn a commission from these links. If we join a retailer affiliate program later, we will disclose that next to the affected links.

Your content

If you save builds, share a build, submit feedback, suggest a catalog edit, or submit a missing product, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and use that content to operate and improve the service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share, and do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious material.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service in a way that interferes with other users or our infrastructure. Do not use the service to send spam, probe other accounts, or attempt to access admin or catalog-operations tools without authorization. Automated access is allowed only as we expressly permit.

AI features

Optional AI features (such as chat or catalog ingestion assistance) may send the text you provide to our subprocessors so we can generate a response. AI output can be wrong. Do not rely on it as a sole source for safety-critical or purchasing decisions.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT COMPATIBILITY RESULTS, CALCULATOR OUTPUT, CATALOG DATA, OR AI RESPONSES ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR INSTALLATION.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POWERPARTPICKER LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR FROM ANY EQUIPMENT YOU SELECT, BUY, OR INSTALL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF TEN U.S. DOLLARS (US $10) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. THE SERVICE IS CURRENTLY OFFERED WITHOUT A SUBSCRIPTION FEE.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that courts located in Arkansas have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these terms or the service, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect our rights.
